When running as a guild we should decide to set certain priorities for classes and loot. I think we decided DKP is pretty stupid and only causes fights so let's be mature about this.
I suggest the following:
Armor
Leather Priority: Assassin->Ranger->Gladiator->Templar.
Cloth Priority: High MP should go to Cleric->Spirit Master->Sorcerer->Chanter
High SP should got to Sorcerer->Spirit Master->Cleric->Chanter
Chain Priority: Cleric->Chanter Note: As of yet I have not seen chain with stats that would benefit Gladiators or Templars.
Plate Priority: Defense and HP upgrade considering: Should go to Templar first. If it is not a direct upgrade in defensive stats then priority goes to Gladiator.
Weapons
Polearms: All polearms are Gladiator priority baring downgrades, which can then be used by Templars with the proper training to actually equip them.
Swords: Baring downgrades: Templar->Assassin->Gladiator->Ranger
Daggers: Assassin->Gladiator->Ranger
Greatswords: As this is the only 2h weapon that can benefit from several Templar abilities: Templar->Gladiator
Maces: Chanter->Cleric->Templar->Gladiator
Staves: Spirit Master->Sorcerer->Cleric->Chanter
Orbs and Spellbooks: Sorcerer->Spirit Master->Cleric->Chanter
Shields: Templar->Cleric->Gladiator (unless the glad is often in an offtank position)->Chanter
All accessories should be based on their stats and whether or not this is considered an upgrade.
Any defensive stats (including HP): Templar->Clerics->Gladiator->Chanter->Assassin->Ranger->Spirit Master->Sorcerer
Any Offensive Physical stats (Crit, Attack, Accuracy) Should be equally prioritized to Assassins, Gladiators and Rangers followed by Templars, then by Chanters.
Any Offensive Spell stats should be equally prioritized between Sorcerers and Spirit Masters, followed by Chanters, then by Clerics.
Any accessory item with high MP: Cleric->Spirit Master->Sorcerer->Chanter
Please post any suggestions or other proposals.
